Take arms, it'll all blow over Prestigious

Fun anecdote of the day: the one year I lived in SC our gameroom was Clemson colors. We changed the paint job to blue and gold.

    just 4 you @doubledribble

I can't wait for Clemson to lose either. But until they do they're the top team. Alabama being first is a joke.

I still wish Clemson had come into the SEC over Mizzou.

I read a Clemson fan mocking Kenny McKinley committing suicide on the Clemson 247 site today. They live in God's country, you know...

None of that has to do with them being a highly ranked team currently, but it does remind me of how I can't wait for them to lose.

    God no. Ew

Edit: in all seriousness, I'd say Mizzou has done pretty well in football and should bounce back in basketball. Outside of the crap happening on their campus, they haven't been a terrible addition in my opinion.

Would've been a fun, actually in the SEC region, rivalry. Clemson/GTech over A&M/Mizzou was always my preference.

Yeah, Clemson fans rank pretty low on my list. I'd take Alabama over them any day. Clemson fans have two great years and are the most unbearable people.

Also, Missouri belongs in the SEC more than Clemson.

Which is basically why that didn't happen. SCar and Georgia threw a fit over the idea of their ACC rivals coming in so the SEC had to look elsewhere.

Clemson did buy a national championship and they are proud of it

You can't blame us for hating Clemson. That is the armpit of our state. And we are a pretty crappy state overall.

Having recently stopped in Columbia, I'm not sure there's much room to talk here... ;-p

Depends where you went, honestly. Columbia is all over the place! Charleston is city everyone should visit.

I stopped to use the bathroom on my way to Hilton Head and to get Starbucks on the way back from Hilton Head. Mostly just messing with you. Haven't made it to Charleston, but do want to get there someday soon.

I knew you were kidding, but I'm not going to be offended if people don't like Columbia. It truly is hit or miss, but downtown has been revitalized a great deal especially on campus. It's very nice in certain parts. Other parts can be pretty dangerous. As far as going to Charleston, when you do get a chance to visit, hit me up if you need any advice on what to do!

Quick story... If you watch the movie The Patriot and see the way the kids act about going to "Charles Town," it is still like that today for many South Carolinians. Growing up in SC outside of Charleston makes that place magical. There is so much history and beauty.
