IIRC Biden wins GA and Trump wins everything else we get that outcome. Seems highly unlikely ......but it is 2020

 

The problem is that these are already a self selected "high chance of spoiling" ballots cause you've removed a ton of good ones

5% of Allegheny's 358k mail in ballots would be 17k ballots. Or around half the remaining.

Hopefully its more like 1%, in which case we're probably fine

I’m not positive, but isn’t that percent of precincts reporting and not percent of vote?

 

Yeah, I think 5% is the chicken little number.
