Edit: Read it wrong -- it's a runoff on 1/5 if they don't earn 50%. Not a recount.

 

I don't know about recounts, but if neither candidate finished with 50%, it goes to automatic runoff vote.

 

I still think it’s possible he resigns, and Pence pardons him.
