Last night was good for the Bears 1st team but they showed their complete lack of depth. After the 1s went out they went from 11-0 to 11-17 very quickly. Granted they were still playing against the Patriots 1st team.

The Pats local broadcast was pretty painful to watch. Literally no mention of the Bears in pre-game. "Bobs Discount Furniture Studio". An old white guy rap battle. And at least six claims that Shea McClellin isn't anything but a total bust.

Also Antonio Cromartie is in Chicago. Kyle Fuller might miss time into the regular season, he just had his knee scoped.

Pretty sure they beat New England in New England in the home opener a couple years ago. If Tannehill plays decent, I think they have a decent shot.

Okay? Flying cross country to play a team who is close to unbeatable at home, a team you DONT see twice a year every year is a very daunting task and I don't back off my statement even a little bit.

 

Yeah not only do they not see them twice a year, they see them once every 4 years. Last time Miami played Seattle Wilson and Tannehill were both rookies. Both have grown but...there's a drastic difference in team growth.

 

Jeez, if you're going to be so rigidly defensive of the 99.99% claim and against the insinuation that "they have a decent shot," will you give me those same odds at 10,000 to 1? I'll put $1 on those odds.

Or you can back off your statement "even a little bit" and we can settle on 1,000 to 1 odds.

He didn't have a great year last year. I believe the worst YPC for qualified RBs and he had a case of the drops. But your rookie year is your rookie year. Getting first team reps and working until Forte for a year has probably done him good. From a production, and fantasy, perspective I don't think he will turn any heads this year since Fox is known for a running back by committee approach.

Jordan Howard, the rookie, has looked promising in camp. He looks so powerful. They also have Kadeem Carey, and Jacquizz Rodgers to split carries.
