That's how it was last time I was looking too. This time was just...I don't even know haha. I was so drained from how bad the first 3 interviews were that I just cancelled the rest. Then my friend texted me the next day saying his job has an opening and all of a sudden that prospect is already going best based on my conversations with them haha

 

I just got a text saying that Senses Fail picked my band to open for them on October 4th, haha. If anyone happens to be near Tallahassee, you should go.

 

I have to drive to recycle so I have a ton stashed in my car that I need to take before it starts smelling bad. Most of it is plastic grocery bags and only wal mart takes those and I always forget to bring them in. I'm bad at forgetting my reusable bags, but I like self checkout cause I use less bags than the checkers, or I don't bag it at all cause it's ridic to use a bag for like 3 small things. They don't offer paper bags

 

For some reason, every hardcore band I loved in 2007 came rushing back to me and I'm blasting them. So happy Spotify has Righteous Jams. Where you at @williek311

Folly is the first band I ever saw live. 2001. First time they ever played Piano Player.

My hours at work were supposed to be between 20-30 and they've now been cut to 5-10 for nearly the 4th week in a row.

I'm actually bummed I'll have to find a new job because this isn't working out at all.

 

Birch Hill. The opened for NORA, Glasseater and From Autumn to Ashes.

 

I never got to see Folly live. Hate myself for that. All my buddies have.

Did get to see Paulson for free at my college though in '06. They were incredible live. I'm pretty sure the Paulson singer was on a Folly track doing vocals for a song.

 

Yeah, he was on Forfeit Sundials. One of their best. I saw them probably about ten times. Their 'farewell' show with Anterrabae was so fucking awesome. I left with a shoe print bruise on my back. I'm fairly certain I gave a few people those.

 

Wowwwwwwwwww Anterrabae. Fucking haven't heard that name in ages. Shit.

 

It was amazing. They had the original singer and played most of Shakedown Tonight.

I was talking to the singer from One Dead Three Wounded about how they shouldn't have broken up so they could have played. He was so bummed out. lol

 

I saw your post about the facebook pic. Looked it up, I know Scheuerman pretty well actually haha. Awesome dude. Fucking does photography for everyone in the tri-state area.

 

The post messed up for some reason so I deleted it. lol. I became good friends with him via AP. When I came home from the Army, Val invited me to see Saves the Day and he was with her. She didn't know how I knew him and I was really confused since I know her through AP as well.

 

I saw Folly and Paulson open up for Houston Calls.

 

Haha I remember Houston Calls. At least, one of their songs.

 

He even took a picture of me once lol. Just remembered. This is nearly a decade ago.

 

Houston Calls had a song I loved but I don't care to look up.

@oldjersey I don't think I've ever seen him without a camera or guitar in his hand. lol

 

It was Exit, Emergency.

This is no longer a song I enjoy.

 

It's been a while since I listened to that first record. Maybe not too long. Maybe two years. I recall enjoying it.

 

I'm just reminded of all of those bands that used MOOGs. Too many bands.

I remember Houston Calls being way way way way too like happy go lucky poppy for me. Been a long time though.
