I love the album. It’s been on repeat since I got the download Sunday night.

 

Can’t wait to hear this, talked to Caleb today briefly hes very chill and the singles are all great

 

Really enjoying this. Definitely some strong Death Cab vibes here, and "Birdseye" is like Death Cab meets Manchester Orchestra.

 

closer 'antechamber' is a single out now

 

This is so so so so good.

 

Birdseye is my favorite, it kind of reminds of of Prawn's "Scud Running"

 

This album has a super special feel and I haven't had enough listens to even get used to it all yet, but I really hope this picks up traction here because I think tons of people will love it

 

Really liking this halfway through. I liked their old album and then kind of forgot about them so it's a happy surprise to see another release.

 

Super good so far. Some of the vocal delivery and guitar tones give me Forget And Not Slow Down vibes for some reason.

 

My comparisons early on are like slight Andy Hull vibes on vocal delivery, and one lil guitar part reminded me Hop Along, otherwise this is pretty original...love the song where he addresses himself by name and speaks to himself, super cool

 

So yeah I really love this album a lot

It’s a great feeling when you hear an album once or twice and know it’s gonna be great and finally get that first chance to really sit down and hear it and let it sink in

 

Yeah, this album is incredible.

 

This has absolutely come out of nowhere for me. Instant classic.

 

This has been on repeat since Friday. So good. Need to order the vinyl.

 

I loved the last one but it feels like he skipped an album with this evolution, like the type of improvement that takes most bands a few releases to get to

“George” and “Antechamber” are some of the best songs I’ve heard this year, gonna post in here as much as possible because I feel like a lot of people here would love this but it’s getting slept on

 

Finally got around to this and it’s lovely, can’t wait to spend more time with it

 

Was super disappointed and bored on first listen, but this thing has really grown on me and is really hitting me lyrically. Birdseye is intense. That last part of Antechamber is heavy too, though I’m still letting that one soak before I try to figure out what it’s about. Fragile is also just really emotional even with just humming.

I still miss Brokenlegged’s sound, production (I know I’m the only one lol), and more direct lyricism, but this is really cool. Interesting to read that instruments were recorded live, because my initial complaints were that it sounded like everything was a little disjointed.

Going to be spending a lot more time with this.
