I just saw that one of the candidates running for board of education in my town said "The choice to wear or not wear a mask is not political, but rather a choice. Wearing a mask could impede fundamental rights of some that outweigh the reduction of contracting the virus"

Just got done watching the Trail of the Chicago 7 - mannn, that's got me all riled up now, knowing shitty system they were up against, and now combining that with the hell our country is going through right now - makes me want to speak up even louder

That movie is a pretty big whitewashing of what actually all went down. It really downplays just how blatantly culpable the Chicago PD was in instigating all the violence. And Gordan-Levitt’s prosecutor character was actually a massive pile of shit.
