It’s coming from a sketchy parler account that apparently is posting videos and pictures of him smoking crack, sex acts, pictures of his penis, and they’re saying they have videos of him having sex with his niece and underaged Chinese children

 

He calls the [prostitute?] "Natalie" in the video, and the people are inferring the woman is his niece with the same name.

 

Lauren Witzke is posting claims that they found videos of him with 7 different underage children, including Chris Coons' daughter. I closed the browser window very shortly after seeing that tweet.
