A point is good, but the approach to the game was a bit of a wake-up call - reality is the club has spent £200million to improve their attack and we were essentially too scared to actually play positive, attacking football.

Bit funny that Lampard had zero 0-0 games as Chelsea manager until this past week and now has two lol

 

That was not a good game.

 

That match was so shit I completely forgot to come in here to say how shit it was.

 

Chelsea were set up so defensive it was weird. We were fucked from there as we set up to let ye have the ball, but that was no use because ye had so many men back we couldn’t break. We started playing better in the second half when we took initiative and started holding onto the ball.

 

I’d consider you guys the 2nd best team at counter attacking in the league, so in a sense I like that Lampard set the team up to nullify that obvious threat rather than play into your hands. But that clearly came at the expense of attack lol - imo Giroud should have played so at least we’d have an aerial presence to aim some crosses at or something. A weak display overall

 

That match was so bad I turned it off and went for a walk in the rain instead.

 

So, it seems VAR wanted to find a new and exciting way to be annoying yesterday, by just not getting involved at all...

The penalty not overruled in the Liverpool game and the one not given against Maguire are surely exactly what it was intended for...

Eerily similar for me, except you still have 3 Spurs players to go... A historically bad week for me just as I was near the top of the league's I'm in.

 

I missed that there was a Friday night game, so I went into the weekend with really stupid selections and a load of injuries. I desperately need Spurs - Burnley to be the blandest of 0-0s tonight.

 

Not sure if many are aware, but Ben Foster has been putting out some great content on YouTube since the start of the season. He's been having his camera in the goal during games, get a new perspective of a match; plus the behind the scenes of being a footballer is cool too. Seems like a great guy.
