Hey just saw this get reviewed on P4K. Just started, very much my thing.

 

this. is. so. good.

spent a weekend out of the city and on a lake, this was what I listened to pretty much all morning.

 

yeah been spinning this a lot the last few days

 

Hannah Sun is a REAL special song

 

Sure it’s been said somewhere but the Alex G vibes are strong on this record.

 

a daily listen on my morning walks before work. an incredibly captivating record.

 

quite literally the only thing i wanna listen to these days. real stunner here

 

For whatever reason I really don’t like “It’s Lomelda” haha. The rest of this is pretty flawless, though

 

Yeah this album is still so good

Lol for real I never gel with a “call out the bands I love by name” song

 

Dude it’s such a weird pet peeve I have

 

that’s my favorite song on the album, honestly.

been listening to this each day around sunset the last few weeks. one of my favorite sounding albums in some time. lookin forward to whatever tommy produces next.

so everyone keeps mentioning Alex G wrt Tommy Dread - what songs?

 

I mean, there’s a real element of empathy and disconnect to the newest releases from both artists. Gentle lyrics? Also, The way the song structures chug along confidently but unconventionally are what mostly connect the two together in my mind

 

Favorites: Hannah Sun, It's Infinite and Hannah Happiest
Least Favorite: Both Mode. What a jarring, anxious sounding song to put in the middle of such a wonderful record. Skip every time.

The Bandsintown stream was great

 

Also I had no idea that Hannah Sun had been out there for 2 years prior to release, pretty neat
