If this neo-McCarthyist rhetoric liberals have been using against Trump and his connection to Putin is legitimate, why do liberals not seem concerned that Hillary vacationed with a war criminal, responsible for the deaths of hundreds of thousands of people?

Stein actually seems a lot less awkward and disconcerting as a speaker tonight, but she's still far away from being persuasive to everyday voters. I'll still vote for her, but it's an obvious flaw in gaining any kind of mainstream traction.

Baraka seems like a great compliment though, as a stage presence. Very grounding.

I've been critical of Baraka, but he's been really impressive at the Green Party Town Hall.

I was going to write my reactions but I read this and don't have much to add. Stein seems genuine. Baraka has been really good. I'm enjoying the town hall overall.

 

He didn't say Apple doesn't have to pay a tax rate. He said he won't bring certain funds back to America, which is his reponsibility to all share holders, legal, and absolutely the right decision ... until he thinks there's a better repatriation rate. That is exactly what he is required to do to be remotely responsible as CEO. Multiple statements like "Apple won’t be paying its taxes. That’s just fair." are flat out false and absurd to print with straight face. It's disingenuous in fact, presentation, and duty to readers to inform.

 

I've got major problems with the tax code. I always find these articles that shame individuals or specific corporations for not breaking any tax laws a little weird.
