Gave this a listen today - first time checking them out. Solid record, nothing about it in particular struck me but it had some cool moments.

Temple is incredible

I miss that Somos

LP#3 will make them or break them - I trust they'll manage!

 

Temple does a lot more for me than this one, though I still like it a lot. Listen to both albums very often. Only song I can't do from this is Bitter Medicine.

Yep, Temple is not very good. Went back to this a few times this week, huge step up.

While I love it all, I think the songs on the Sorority Noise split are among their best. Perfect mix of TOP and FDB.

 

streets upon streets is one of my fav songs by them

 

I like both records but I'm a lot more into this direction, rather than a continuation of Temple. Haven't listened to this in a while though, I'll have to change that today

 

new song tomorrow. so excited to hear what it sounds like .

What a strange (lack of) announcement

 

i assume they will announce a split with a song tomorrow just in time for their US headlining tour. They've been teasing new music for a bit now on facebook, so not completely out of the blue.

 

They do splits super often huh? Nice

Boston’s Somos get nostalgic on new single, “Eternal Yesterday” — listen New song is up. Pretty good, better than the majority of the last album.

 

Songs decent. Worse than a majority of first day back but decent

 

it fits much more on the first than the most recent one, bummer
not bad though, don't like the chorus at all however

 

Cool, I like how prolific this band is

 

Love that this band made a big sonic jump but aren't afraid to play around with their older sound still.

Artwork is very similar to the split they did with Have Mercy

 

i like the new song! def does sound like it could've come from that split w Have Mercy. maybe with their OG drummer their sound will resemble Temple Of Plenty a little more, which i won't mind one bit
