I think it would depend how he beat Maia if he's able to. KOing him like Burns did wouldn't be the most surprising thing at Maia's age, but hanging with him in a grappling match would be incredible for his reputation.

No disrespect to Meerschaert, but I think he was so shaken by the hype that his hands were ready to come down in an instant in anticipation of the takedown. It didn't not surprise me at all to see a punch land like that so soon. I'm ready to see him against a true test.

Don’t know if it’s just me, but Izzy appears to be battling a case of gynecomastia in recent times. I noticed it in this photo set first:

Then two days ago in his promo photos for the UFC, and also at weigh-ins today. Would really suck to find out he’s using. Energy seems a bit lower than we usually see from him leading into his fights. This could probably be considered his biggest next to winning the title, so I’m a little surprised by that. Think he could be expecting some looming bad news after the PPV is done and gets the UFC their money?
