Sylvan Esso and Slick Shoes are the ones I care about the most.
Never liked Slick Shoes vocals. But the new singles have me very interested!

  13. It’s a wonderful, rainy day here in Seattle—cleaning the sky of the last bit of leftover smoke. Listening to The Ascension (Sufjan’s new album) and Run Away with Me may just be the most beautiful song I’ve heard this year.

Deftones and slick shoes for me today. Deftones album is so good. Return to form. Gore was ok but Ohms is definitely a step or two up. That slick shoes album is an unexpected gem. Never gave them the time back in the day. I’d heard of them but never listened. ‘Whispers’ gives such strong strung out vibes. Love it!
