Love the opener. He reminds me of Tim Armstrong a little bit when the song picks up. Jawbreaker could be an old school The Maine song too haha.

Fun and easy listen overall. I appreciate how short the songs are on this.

Oh, the Halsey song is cool, but the pitch of her voice sounds like she was being fast forwarded on a tape.

Is each show two albums, or one album per show? And I'm assuming the new album is one of them?

I'm definitely interested in checking this one out

EDIT: Urgh nevermind the top of the images were cut off when I was looking at them. Damn I kinda love Hotel Diablo too. Might have to watch both!

The first two songs do nothing for me. I really enjoy the track with Halsey and that’s as someone who doesn’t listen to her.

Yeah I could do without whatever effect they put on Halsey’s voice but that song is still a jam and a half.

Album rules. It scratches a specific early 2000s pop-punk itch with some modern production. Certainly isn't anything deep or game-changing, but its a fun, catchy listen

3 songs in. So far this is the best pop punk I’ve heard since California

Sadly this isn’t doing it for me. The singles are the strongest songs on here along with Forget Me Too.

Downloaded and listening after getting "bloody valentine" stuck in my head because of Tony Hawk. Not bad so far.

Honestly I think Bloody Valentine is still a huge standout on this but I still think it’s a solid listen. I just wish some of the songs were more developed/longer. Energy is incredible though and Travis did an amazing job producing this.

You know what rap sucks hahaha because you know black art has less value than white art obviously. You know what's fucking great? When white rappers go pop punk.

This was better than I expected. I don't think it's the best pop punk album out this year (there are smaller artists who have released some very good punk records this year that should be getting the attention to be honest) but it's not a terrible record.

This was a good interview. For years MGK always came off as such an angry person. It's nice to see him lately so happy.

I think this is a solid 3.5 star album. Title Track, Forget You Too, and Jawbreaker were well worth waiting for, and the singles remain great, but there's a few songs that I feel are filler. Lyrically meh but the hooks are great. Stand by my opinion that MBV is one of the best pop-punk songs released in recent years.

If he continues in this direction I hope he listens to some Wonder Years, Trash Boat etc.
