Looking back over the past few pages I don't recognize a lot of the new posters, mostly just changes in usernames or new peeps? Either way solid!

I can't wait to add all the new people on Untappd because currently it's just Mark and Big Mike that constantly put me to shame with my lack of income and locational disadvantage lol. Can't wait till I'm back in Chicago for a few weeks next month.

Yup. I live about a 5 minute drive from Fonta Flora, and about 45 mins from Wicked Weed, Burial, and all the others in Asheville.

Seriously. I probably have 50+ brewery pint glasses, and a couple dozen variations of stemware or other stylized glassware from breweries. I'm running out of cabinet space!

Where in NC? My in-laws are in a little town on the border of NC/SC called Tryon, and every time I go visit we go up to Asheville and try some breweries, but always with a stop at Wicked Weed.

 

Oh totally lol, I wish I was following you earlier when I still lived in Chicago since in Michigan you get a lot of stuff that would have been more accessible to me.

@alert=danger and @irthesteve are always putting up quality offerings too.

 

Also, if anyone has any cool pictures of their cellars or collections, I'd love to see them!

Here's my main cellaring/aging cabinet. I also have a few pallets of cans in my closet and 2 full dedicated shelves in my refrigerator. And again... I'm quickly running out of room, haha.


3 trays each hold 4 bottles horizontally, plus shelves for extra storage. The two drawers hold cans, and the top bin holds glasswear including a stemware rack.

(Ignore the dog food all over the floor, my pup is still learning how to dog.)

Nice, I don't think I've ever visited there. Last time I went down (to run the Asheville Marathon at Biltmore about a year ago) we want to the Sierra Nevada brewery which was pretty great. It was the first time I tried Hop Hunter and fresh at the brewery that stuff was amazing. It's ok in the bottle, but nothing like it was there.
