@angrycandy it really is impressive. I'd love to abstain for 30 days to see how much of a difference I feel...but damn I keep finding excuses. "Golf trip...halloween time....thanksgiving time....christmas time."

 

I appreciate it. it's difficult for sure (especially like with you since that's your go-to vice for the most part) but idk I don't wanna say it's been easy because that's not the right word... I just don't really think about it so much at this point. plus I have a goal - hitting 365 days is that goal and I might even keep going after that but to have that goal is what's kept me focused. thanks for the kind words
