what phone do you have right now? I mean yeah if you have an 11 or 11 Pro there is probably no need to upgrade

I have an X. It seems I'd get more bang for my buck just getting an 11 Pro, or waiting a year. 5G seems nice but really isn't a selling point imo.

 

5G is stupid.

 

yeah I don't give a shit about 5G either so I feel you there. The biggest upgrade year over year is always gonna be the camera which is what most people use their phones for anyways haha

Good chance it's a new design too. Those sides on a phone again is gonna be a big deal to a lot of people to be honest.

Face ID is a decent thing but really the 120Hz is the only big thing imo. Now I'm debating getting one of the new Airs or a 2018 Pro. Both would be a big step up from my current which is an Air 2.

Wait so nothing was said about the new iPhone? Or did I miss it?

My phone broke last week so I had to upgrade to the 11 pro when I wanted to wait for the 12. I guess I won't miss much

my wife's probably gonna be all over the SE Watch since she primarily uses it for fitness and so she doesnt need to keep her phone out when she's teaching.

 

I have the gold stainless steel Series 4 but I might leap at the Series 6 red for working out

 

Everything there was almost identical to the rumors, and really the only thing that was exciting was the nuovo iPad Air. I'd like to upgrade my Watch but this year felt like a spec bump more than anything too.

Looks like the new iPad Air is 64GB and 256GB only. Would've liked 128GB as the base...dang.

 

Glad to see that the new Leather Loop strap fits 40mm  Watches!

 

The event was a bit lacklustre for me. Awesome to see the 'low budget' iPad Pro but there wasn't anything for me there with already having the Pro model. I still don't have a Watch but I don't think the Series 6 is going to make me pull the trigger on one yet.

Looking forward to the iPhone event.

 

I guess I wasn't expecting the braided loop to be $99 but it makes sense

 

I'm already paying $18/month for family-shared Apple Music and iCloud storage, so that Apple One deal is a no-brainer. The iPad Air is very tempting too, but my main priority this Apple season is the new phone.
