Looks like we don't do album threads in the general anymore

 

yes and im very upset about this

 

i was so happy never clicking on the music forum

 

Having album threads in General always bothered me so much. Albums are music you guys.

I'm definitely going to make the mistake of looking for album threads in general for at least a month

I'll get used to it, and it makes more sense to have them in a music forum anyway.

 

the issue is is that on AP i was subscribed to every thread i ever wanted to be subscribed to, so i didn't even have to check the forums.

 

Subbing to this thread is probably a mistake...but fuck it. Oh, well. Hi people.

 

the music forum is better now, i will actively campaign against the bad threads that existed before

I'm kind of dreading coming home from my girlfriend's tonight to the inevitable hundreds of posts in this thread, haha. But it's a good problem to have, means people are excited

 

Every time I go to post something I get beaten by "Messages have been posted since you loaded this page". Fast movers.

 

gotta work on ur WPM

 

glad to see people who haven't been a part of the community in years talking smack like they know anything. times change, people grow, etc etc.

 

When threads move too fast I usually just get anxious and second guess anything I was going to post and never hit the "post" button. Leads to a ton of lurking and little posting. Trying to get better about that.

Here's to a new place to try to be more social!

 

the burden of being an entry-level college administrator is mighty, but this is the best job i've ever had. in all seriousness, there's no way I'd fuck it up by the doing that. haha.

One of the numerous mistakes I made on AP was trying to catch up on every single post made in every single thread I subscribed to. I like to stay up to date, especially if I missed an important conversation, but I definitely won't be attempting to do that in a thread that moves at a pace as quick as this one has been.
