I'll watch anything with Aya Cash in it. You're the Worst was one of the best tv series I've seen in years.

 

Evil Dead...OG or remake.

 

Currently watching The Boys on Prime for the exact same reason, haha

 

We did this a couple years ago with Poltergeist and it was perfect.

my friend actually wants to watch Color Out Of Space so I guess we’re doing that. I know nothing about it other than Nic Cage is in it

 

yeah any of these would be great, haven’t seen them in a while. hopefully it stays warm-ish into October so we can do more of these

 

Night of the Living Dead is an all-timer for outdoor viewing

 

On a whim I picked up that new Are You Afraid of the Dark miniseries that came out last year for $12 at Target. I'm surprised at how good it is, plus the DVD has 3 classic episodes.

 

Does it have the pool episode?!

 

Yup, that's the first one we watched.

 

The Relic is underrated and I won't hear a bad word about it...

 

i finally watched hello mary lou prom night 2 and it was a lot of fun. went a little too far into sleazebag territory at some points but overall it's a great nightmare on elm street-inspired movie.

 

Saw this in the theater the same day as Scream haha. Love The Relic!

that last one was very interesting. Aya Cash is so great all the time.

 

i've only watched the first episode. honestly been trying to figure out where it's available, because it was such a good first episode and then I didn't hear anything about it after.

Same here. Watched the first episode on YouTube then couldn't find the rest. I thought it was more than a 3 episode miniseries.

 

I watched it on the Nickelodeon app, but it required a cable login.

 

Woah, Fade to Black is on Shudder! OOP on DVD and no Blu Ray transfer out there. That’s huge

Looks like the description on Shudder is incorrect and the year is wrong (it’s for the movie Hellmaster, lol), but the film and poster are right

 

didn't get to finish it last year, but for that price I'm going to pick a copy up!

It is a bummer. But with the hopeful outlook that movie theaters may be able to run at normal capacity this time next year, we are (potentially) in for an amazing streak of horror films for next Halloween/Fall/Winter season.

Watching The Faculty tonight. So good! I need more '90s teen horror.

 

Honestly had a blast with The Babysitter sequel. Horror feels so serious these days, so many A24 style films (which I love), it's just nice to watch something that's not afraid to have fun, even if a handful of the jokes were clunky. Some really great kills, too.
