It still boggles the mind why they didn't release this digitally, or delay it. At this rate, not sure they'll ever recoup the full budget for this

Boggles my mind why they wouldn’t play it at drive-ins in NY state either.

Enjoyed this more than Interstellar and Dunkirk while being my third favourite of the year so far.

Watched Memento this weekend; didn't care for that either. TDK and Interstellar still tops for me

Wonder what kinda legs it'll have if enough stuff moves for it to basically have the fall to itself.

While I understand the logic of wanting to support theaters, I also wonder when drive-ins will get it in closed theater markets, as well as what the timeline will be for VOD.

Saw it yesterday (my area has good numbers for the pandemic and I went to a theater in the middle of nowhere, there was one other person in the theater) and wasn't quite sure how I felt about it but the more I thought about it today the more I really fucking liked it. Visuals and action are insane, I liked all the performances (particularly Pattinson, he was so cool the whole movie lol) and while the story is told in a complex say I didn't have THAT hard of a time understanding most of it, though I definitely did miss some stuff

Saw this yesterday and my initial thought was “This is ambitious as fuck”.

Like Nolan films, it’s shot well, the action is quick and has really cool moments, dialogue was hard to hear at times [saw it in IMAX], and the music fit the moments, but I think it treats the audience a little unfairly. While the story isn’t terribly convoluted, it’s a little muddled in the way it is explained.

That being said, had a lot of fun viewing it and glad I was fortunate to see it in IMAX.

Personally it felt like a mix between Memento and Inception, but doesn’t feel as strong as those movies but still very enjoyable.

Eagle Mountain in Riverside County, CA. A ghost town according to what I’ve read about.

Should’ve never been released at all. People would have been fine waiting until May 2021 to see this in theaters.

I saw this, pretty damn cool

I think I understand the mechanics of it for the most part, the only thing I can't wrap my head around is how Sator dies in Vietnam but then exists after that?
