Pro controller arrived today. Excited to use it after work

 

It is without a doubt my favorite controller ever made.

 

I really love the Xbox controller, and haven’t ever had any problems with mine, but this seems fairly similar, so I’m sure I’ll love it. Offset joysticks are a must.

 

I've had to return 2 regular Xbox One controller in the past 3 months due to them developing stick drift, faulty bumper and y buttons. Annoying.

 

That’s very odd, my controllers are all fine, even day one ones. Same for my nephew.

 

yeah I have controllers from when the Xbox One looked like a VCR that still work perfectly. Sorry that happened to you!

 

I see pretty frequent posts about controllers having different issues on the Xbox subreddit (Reddit, I know..), but even going back to the 360, none of mine have ever had any issues, aside from the textured grip on the back on one of mine starting to peel off. Which is completely my fault given how little I’ve babied that controller lol

 

Yeah I just got really unlucky I think. Never really had any issues in the past besides the recent few. I'm just lucky that both times I've had to replace the controller is under warranty so Microsoft replaces it for free. The first one they didn't even make me send the controller with stick drift back, so I'm going to try to fix that myself eventually.
