Damn I blew threw THPS 1 today. Not 100% complete with every level but most of them and fairly close on the others. Already a few levels into THPS 2 as well.

 

I used to be so good at THPS when I was 15. Hate having to learn all over again. At least the soundtrack still rips!

 

Anyone played Lonely Mountains: Downhill on Switch? How's the performance these days? I've read a couple of reviews that're saying it was patchy at launch, but wondering if they've improved it.

Super solid. Very fun and challenging at times.

 

Liking Tony Hawk a lot so far. Only minor complaint is that the goals dont reset when you switch characters. What do I do if I want to play through the campaign again without resetting everything?

lol same, for the first half hour I was getting used to the right stick not being for flip tricks like they were on skate.

 

Can you use the d-pad like in the originals? That’s the only way I know how to play Tony Hawk games.

 

Lol trust me it’s better with the stick and doesn’t have a big learning curve

 

The physical copy of Tony Hawk, in true skateboarding fashion, comes with stickers. Also, if you receive the Vans newsletter (I do), you got a whole newsletter dedicated to the game. Activision is really pushing the eight buttons this time around. Now if only they would release some Vans gear with the Neversoft logo on it :O

 

Picked up TH for $33 at Walmart. Hell yeah.
