It still kind of blows my mind that Collin Trevorrow was able to see this and write it in his draft for IX, but then JJ just kind of scrapped it.

Apparently there’s gotta be one actor from every trilogy that comes out hating Star Wars

I think it’s people just trying to stir up shit. TROS came out in December and was quickly followed by the pandemic. She has several (possible) upcoming projects listed on IMDb, so I’m not sure what those claims could even be based on.

Of all the actors to hate it, he seems to have the most valid reasonings. But yea, its a trend with each trilogy. Can't wait to find out who hates the Mandalorian the most. it's baby yoda
She's so naturally charming, I have a hard time believing that no one would hire her again just because of SW.

Well there’s the people that have such vitriol for the sequel trilogy that they now praise the prequel trilogy as masterpieces and say Lucas needs to be brought back. So there’s those people that don’t I guess. Lol

I personally enjoy most of ROTS and I’ve come around a lot on TPM recently. I still find AOTC almost unwatchable though.

Can’t say I’ve ever seen someone rank TPM that high and I can’t help but respect the hell out of it.

    Mine are 5, 4, 8.

Did Natalie Portman try pretty hard to distance herself from them?

She said that she was having trouble getting gigs, but also it was right when the pandemic hit. Everything slowed down and she had time to decompress after Star Wars.

Ahh I didn't know she said it herself. I thought people were making claims about her just to stir crap up because they hate the movie. My bad!

Sounds like Kasdan was the biggest contributor to Finn.

Eh. Neither is good, but Rey Palpatine is better. At least then there’s some theme of choosing your own destiny despite your bloodline.

    Rey related to Kenobi?

Reading that interview really shows that Disney/Lucasfilm had no idea what they wanted to do with this trilogy and just winged it as they went. Daisy didn't even know who she was related to while filming TROS. So, so stupid.

Ya - I don't think I'll ever find the need to watch TROS again. I even watch Attack of the Clones from time to time during rewatches but I think I'll be happier just skipping this one altogether. Which, for me, is absolutely insane.
