Picked up Menzingers which was super limited so I was happy

 

Couldn't find Menz :( got The Weeknd though which was what I was mainly looking for.

Shot in the dark but if anyone lives in Australia and can get a copy of Ocean Alley's 7" of their triple J cover of Baby Come Back, I will pay whatever shipping costs to the US.

 

I really want Charli XCX and The Weeknd but I don’t want to physically go to a store

 

would grab charli and menzingers but most of these sites are crashed lmao

 

i don’t get who RSD is for anymore, really. seems like every year the interesting grabs are less and less and more often 7”s than LPs.

 

i love redscroll in ct had to call 10-11 give list then pick up 12-6 i got lucky and got though right away i was using two phones which helped. give my list of one charli xcx and picked up at 12. called when there and gave card info on phone then they came out and put it on table and i picked up

 

New pressing of this that just went up came like a week after I ordered it. Love the color

 

My local shop set up curbside pickup for RSD for this reason, and they only let 15 people in at a time (very large store). It made RSD a lot less stressful.

 

I got one too, looks and plays beautifully on my uturn!

 

This was the most mellow drop for me but I got the three I wanted: Billie Eilish, The Weeknd, and Charli XCX. My shop did it in shopping time slots with smaller groups and distancing inside, with gloves and masks so it made it pretty smooth.

 

Went to a store and got Denzel and then messed around online (with some help) to get the Menz repress.

 

I went in later in the day, but still managed to get the titles I was after and the Sufjan America 12" single.

Wait.. is this Tower Records site legit?

 

Toby from Red Scare said he is putting some up on his store. He didn’t say when but Monday would make sense. Every small online store got slammed Saturday. I haven’t looked since, but I’d hound Red Scare this week.

 

Anyone by chance have Astoria by Marianas Trench on vinyl? I just got it sealed and the sound quality is atrocious so far. Just waves and waves of static and lots of popping. If this is like... normal for this pressing I’ll just keep it as a collector’s thing I guess, but if most people don’t have this problem I might see about getting a refund.

Edit: Listening through, it doesn’t seem like it happens all the time, but it was baaad for the first couple songs

 

Wild. First music I ever bought was from Tower Records

 

Looks great, sounds great, but there are some issues. First, it came bent, not cool! But also, the back cover says that A Plain Morning is on Side A, but it's on Side B. Also it says This is a Forgery is on here, but it aint.
