I’m really concerned for how pro America this new CoD is gonna be. our Cold War shit is far too gross for me and I’m likely not going to want to give my money to them if it plays out like that. I’ll be monitoring people’s reactions.

I'm shocked by all the COD talk in this thread. I always thought most of you hated it lol

 

for me it got decent again with MW. first one I’d bought since MW2.

 

idk I always have to guess what he’s trying to say because his spelling is so bad. something about his grandmas love life I think.

 

CoD is almost always a fun time every year even if the game isn’t that great, plus I play splitscreen with the gf which is always nice

I’m not defending at all haha, just stating why I’m a fan. It feels like it’s at least one of the most consistent yearly franchises in the sense that there’s at least a few new features each year.

I’d rather get a new CoD than a new FIFA or NBA 2K for example as they just seem to be nearly identical every year aside from roster changes.

 

I hated MW but liked BO4 a good deal. I’m cautiously excited for Cold War

 

MW is frustrating because it has the best gunplay but some of the worst maps.

 

I’m in for the campaign and luckily Treyarch s contribution to the campaign is slim.

 

I'm just glad the futuristic phase is done with. AW through BO3 was a rough period.

 

It was AW thru infinite Warfare actually lol BO3 was between those two

It gets forgotten a lot, probably because it dropped with Modern Warfare remastered. I for one bought IW to play MWR and never so much as touched IW.

 

the US army literally pays the call of duty developers to re-write history to make them better and the military pays the developers and streaming services to make it appealing towards people so they can brainwash them into the system like nah

FYI there's gonna be a pre-show for the Gamescom event starting at in like 15 minutes. They confirmed that there will be some stuff shown during that, including new Scarlet Nexus footage.
