These AAA publishers raising the base price of their games is a naked cash grab and nothing more. AAA games that both cost $60 and have rampant microtransactions have zero justification for raising the price to $70. They're just doing it because they can and because they have corporate defenders that will back them up by parroting nonsense like "games cost more to make so they need to charge an extra $10 up front to make up for it" while conveniently leaving out the additional literal billions of dollars a year they make on microtransactions that more than make up for any increased dev costs.

 

well i have no clue how big its gonna be. i dont work for a gaming company so... guess we will wait till it gets closer to launch to see how big it actually is but my guess is between 50gb and 100gb

 

or it could be just as big as mw is if they include warzone at launch with the install.

ive never had the game be close to 200 on my ps4 pro and i have everything installed. i dont think ive had it go above 150 or 160gb. it currently sits at 145.7 gb on my ps4 pro

Oh absolutely. And while they pay their executives exorbitant salaries that they don't deserve, which drives up the costs of these companies doing business immensely and in turn puts more pressure on each game to sell unrealistic numbers.

they are usually the same price as current gen games. its the same across everything $60 is the flat rate for normal edition of games

 

also I’m sure there’s a statistic but I get the impression a lot less PC gamers buy games at full msrp. there’s also just a lot less pc gamers than console gamers in general. it’s a different market and marketing strategies can be different even for AAA studios.

sales are definitely more prominent and aggressive with PC games I know that much
