How exactly are teams deciding they’re “false positives”? Isn’t the testing at their facilities better than most?

Going to be hilarious when Dallas gives up a high pick for a guy who was going to be released anyways

Given how stupid lucky Dallas got this offseason, it's more likely Baltimore gives them a pick to take Thomas.

They dont test at their facilities. They send their samples to labs like everyone else; and so if the person collecting f'd up or the lab f'd up, then teams will see a lot of overlap in this stuff.

They are NOT like the NBA where the league uses a single facility and tests everyone at the same time with the exact same procedure.

Wow, kind of surprised by this.

If Im a team with any cap space, I trade a late rounder for him for sure...no guaranteed money beyond this year, and most of his contract was signing bonus, so he's not crazy expensive. And if you convince him to turn his base salary into signing bonus this year, you could get his cap number way low.

What is with all the injuries? I am a new fan of the NFL - are these amount of injuries in camp typical?

    The rivalry is back on

This race has been fun so far. My new guess is that Patmon is the early leader for the WR5 spot, and would still be a little surprised if Dulin doesn't make the team as WR6 for his special teams contributions. Sounds like Fountain is practicing with the 3rd/4th team guys and that Johnson hasn't even made it out to the practice field yet, which does not sound promising for a guy who is a bubble guy. If it plays out this way, Fountain would be an interesting waiver move for any of those teams that are shallow at WR.
