You should know, I basically immediately add and usually love your recommendations. Always appreciate you chiming into the thread.

Yeah I had to stop listening at Catholic Girls. I thought something was wrong with my speaker with how AJ's voice sounds in some parts. It seems to be his vibrato getting picked in a really jarring way.

    Thanks!

I forgot that Lindsay Ell was releasing today, too. Also looking forward to giving that one a listen.

Agreed. I hate talking shit but I’m surprised they released this live album. You can tell from the first track when AJ is talking that he’s completely fucked up. He’s slurring almost every word.

Slow week for me. Mainly the new Poppy deluxe tracks. Will probably check out new Primitive Man and Ingested too, both sound promising.

I’ve seen them maybe 5 times now and they never disappoint. One of few bands where I’ve stood there and thought “wow, this is even more enthralling than listening to an album...”

I first saw them in 2005 at Reading festival funnily enough (I went to uni there). I think Infinity Land had been out and little did we know they were gonna smash through the ceiling with Puzzle A few years later. Almost see,s cereio to think about it now.
