Isn't this the start of the republican national convention?

Can't tell if that is a brilliant political move that addresses the seriousness of the problems and the need for immediate action, or one that is gonna backfire as republicans shift their complaints not to having the guy testify, but simply to blaming the democrats for using it to undermine their convention.

Apparently this is a real movie. Plot synopsis:

I don't understand why every time someone in this admin claims there is voter fraud, reporters don't immediately ask "what about Nunes' and Trump's own voter fraud commission in his first couple years of presidency that found none and was quickly ended?"
