Yeah. I feel like they blew it big time by not having a Metroid game ready during the Switch’s prime.

Zelda’s 35th will be next year. So the Switch’s prime will be in 2021. There could be a 2D Metroid next year

The Switch’s prime isn’t here yet, though in terms of software it will be hard to beat it’s first year, that was wild

 

Animal Crossing is officially my most played game followed by Breath of the Wild.

 

Yeah the first year of the Switch was the best first year for any console when it comes to exclusives. Breath of the Wild and Odyssey? Both 97 on metacritic. You also had Mario kart and splatoon 2.

2. Super Smash Bros - 275 hours

I meant as far as dominating the hardware market. They will be a generation behind once the new Playstation and XBOX come out. But I'm sure a lot of good software is still on the way. I just can't imagine the Switch being as popular in 2021-???? than it was 2017-2020.

 

How do you view total hours played? I know how to sort them, but I don't see hours come up.

These are also a bit inaccurate as I leave games on pause all the time lol

 

Well you could argue the others are currently still one behind, but frankly I don’t think Nintendo thinks that way and I also don’t think the average Switch buyer/owner does. Nintendo does its own thing and they currently still literally can not make enough Switches to meet the insane demand.

PORT THEM ALL. Seriously though, anyone with any video game knowledge know how difficult or time consuming it is to port something? Is it an exhaustive process on the back end?
