Seems like admitting to defunding the post office to prevent lawful mail in ballots from being counted is clear cut election interference or tampering or something illegal

 

Feels hard to overstate just how dark things are right now and how much darker they could potentially get.

 

So ... a day. It took basically a day to get here.

 

I'm a little late, but Jesus and the early church were Communist. Following the life of Jesus, like Christians are supposed to, would mean giving all your possessions to help the poor, meaning no private property, no money, relying solely on strangers for food and places to sleep, and traveling constantly to speak to others about kindness without personal gain. You would only be in the company of sinners, sex workers, the sick, outcasts of society, and have a massive hatred towards the rich and those that exploit religion for personal gain.

There is no doubt that Republicans would happily execute Jesus if he was alive today.

 

Kinda feel like going off the grid for the next few months.

 

Trying to imagine a normal functioning democracy where the government would be actively trying to do everything it could, months ago, to ensure every voter has a mail in ballot during a national pandemic. Like, imagine!

Instead the *best case* scenario right now is some half assed additional funding, the bare minimum, just to get the fucking mail delivered.
