Possible. But those pics are sketchy at best. The clear pic he’s wearing a short sleeve t and the video looks to be a long sleeve. Also the clear picture is a cloth covering of some sort while the video is a mask with definite ear loops. But hey I can dig it if it’s him....

Skiba is in the video, he posted about the song on his Instagram, and he is tagged with Mark and Travis in the post on Blink's instagram. He just didn't have writing credits on the song. What is so hard for people to understand about that?
