Just dropped a few bucks on a first press of Stone Temple Pilot’s Purple, vinyl is purple too. Very excited.

 

The 10 year of Means Everything To Nothing was a little pricey but I have no regrets.

 

I already have the previous pressing of WTDWYD so I figured I would hold off til the tour to snag a copy of the new pressing in person.


I am full of regret.

 

I joined Patreon so I could get in on it. It’s going on sale to the public tomorrow but I had been wanting to join for a few months now.

 

I think it’s been worth it, all the demos and “live on the porch” videos have been awesome.

 

I'm not sure how often you guys shop at Urban Outfitters for records, but I just picked up Carly Rae Jepsen's "Dedicated" for $4.99, Menzingers "Hello Exile" for $5.99, Andrew WK's "I Get Wet" for $12.99, and some other records for cheap. It may be worth checking into for some deals!
Also, I was at a record store in Wisconsin last weekend and picked up The Front Bottom's "Rose" EP for like $6. I had no idea, but apparently it is out of press and selling for $50 on eBay now. What a world.

Just moved back to Philly from Brooklyn and I’m using the larger space to upgrade our vinyl furniture. Used to be a 100% packed bookshelf so I am very excited to have all this space to fill up :)

I’m super upset. I bought an AT LP120 in January (technically my girlfriend did as a gift) but we didn’t set it up until today when we moved out of our ratchet apartment. It was brand new from Amazon and is missing 3 parts, including the needle/cartridge and I’m super bummed.

 

What shelving unit is this? I kind of need a new one and have been in the market for something that looks similar to what you have.

 

Is it different that the tour one? Or is is just a different color ?

 

Picked up that METN re-press even tho I have the white with blue splatter re-press from 2017 - gotta have those demos on vinyl

60" 8 Cube Loring Bookshelf Walnut - Project 62™

Target furniture is really good, this is the third piece I've bought. It comes in pieces and putting it together can be a bit annoying, but it is a relatively similar experience to Ikea. Would vouch for the strength of this.

 

Thats hella annoying but on the bright side - you can buy the needle cartridge for like $36 on Amazon.

Even though it’s been 8 months, you should still hit up Amazon about it too!

 

Awesome. Yeah, we’ve done some Target furniture in the past, some of which might match this pretty well!

 

For what it’s worth, I converted my shelving to this & it’s worked out super well. Throwing it out here as an alternative in case anyone else is in the market for something different than the IKEA & IKEA-esque standards. The shelves are actually made of steel so no bowing whatsoever!
