I have HIGH hopes for the new Amine album. I've thought all three of his projects so far were good but not great, but every single from this one, the features, and even shit like the album art are giving me really good vibes

 

I dug one point five a lot. Excited for the new one

He put out a record this year I think! Might have been last year. Gave it a listen whenever that was but never felt compelled to go back. Man’s got a couple bops under his belt though

 

I remember when he should have released he became some huge fashion icon

 

Yeah he had a new album recently with a few nice tracks, but never had quite lived up to his early stuff.

 

This needs it’s own classic thread at some point

 

Theophilus London is mad underrated, his music is so vibey and catchy and he's actually super versatile


I posted this song in here not long ago but it's one of my favorites from that era of rap (like 2010-2013)

And then this song that he did with Tame Impala from his new album is great synth pop

 

I’ve been listening to a lot of knxwledge recently. Some good stuff on his releases this year.

 

Yeah, really dug 1988. Need to listen to it more.

 

I love Snoop. But given the choice, i'd choose DMX over him. DMX was one of the first rappers I properly got into when I started listening to rap in 98/99 and he holds a special place in my heart.

Looking forward to watching their battle later on.

 

DMX has some bangers but nowhere near the catalog Snoop has

The renaming of sports thing reminds me of this Brian Butterfield sketch...

 

I forgot how many bangers DMX had until i saw him live and every song I'd be like " daman forgot bout this one". This was a show right after he almost died and it was hype.
