Let's hold our breath until we disappear

I would love a drive in show in Chicago. Haven’t seen anything yet.

I would be up to go to one in Chicago, but I don't have a car, nor any of the people I know that goes to concerts :(

The "gold" section for that TFB drive in show for Philly were like $200 :(

Go in with 4-5 friends! I don't think you're necessarily restricted to stay in your car as long as you're wearing a mask. Check on that, but when I saw Marc Rebillet in June, you were good to stand beside your car.

To be honest, a lot of what makes shows special is being in a GA section/pit and being so close to the band, and you lose that completely at drive-in shows. I'd personally rather stay at home and watch a high quality live stream instead, but that's just me.

Yeah I personally wouldn't pay to see a drive in performance mostly due to cost but glad some artists are finding a save way to have some form of live shows.

What I don't get is people going to the drive in to see recorded performances. Garth Brooks and Blake Shelton both sold out multiple showings of a recorded concert here. Tickets were like $150 and sold out instantly. That's crazy to me.

I didn't lose that community at all when I went to the show I went to, to be honest. I chatted with the people in the car next to me at a reasonable distance and the energy was still there, it was just different.

Yeah I haven't been close enough with anyone recently to feel comfortable going with them during all this besides my fiance, but totally would have a few people I'd love to go with! I know the NJ TFB show at least it says you have to stay in your car and can only leave to go to the bathroom, but not sure about Philly.
It's totally worth it going with a few people though! Just can't justify with two, as much as I miss live music :(

I have a show scheduled in November (FFDP tour) and I really hope they reschedule it instead of canceling it outright because to me it’s a stacked lineup

Dang he dropped the Cleveland date. Would have been a fun show. Went from being scheduled at the Browns stadium, moved to the Cavs arena, now cancelled.
