I liked jojo rabbit. I don’t really get the whole incel thing associated with this movie, unless the director said something specifically about it, it sounds like ppl are just making shit up lol.

 

Also ppl who thought this was gonna cause a shooting lmao. Borderline self fulfilling prophecy if it did happen

 

I saw someone mention IT 2 did that come out last year? If so that was probably my least favorite of the year, so disappointing.

The only film I can imagine being worse than this is Jojo, and that is more problematic than shoddy writing. There is no way that a kids’ movie or a horror sequel is bad in the way this is

 

I thought jojo was good & funny. Shame on me I guess.

 

I didn’t hate it, but enough people have stated their case about how horribly offensive it was that I respect their opinions.

 

Oh god, that reminded me of that enormous piece of shit Amazon show “Hunters” and how much I fucking hated it.

 

I haven't watched it yet and I'd rather watch any film on my "watch list" than Joker.

Since I’ve been logging films on Letterboxd (2015 or so), Joker has the lowest score. The Entourage film is second, then Pitch Perfect 3, Bohemian Rhapsody and American Honey.
(I’m not counting Cats, Truth or Dare or the Stalked by My Doctor films, I enjoyed them)

I also gave Street Trash 5 ironically and the BTMI doc 5 more out of fandom than actual quality
