On that as we speak. Started with Ever Grain’s Moire Eel...what a difference. B-43 is super flavorful. Very happy with it.

Old nation’s owner is one of the best technical brewers in the Midwest. Super nice people and I’m happy they hit a home run with M43 to keep the company from closing.

Wow, that’s awesome. This is the first brew I’ve ever had from them. Would never guess by the taste that they’d be in any trouble.

Yep! So it’s Old Nation because Travis (the owner/brewer) worked in Germany for years and he’s an incredible technical brewer. They tried making local version of old world beers but no one wanted em. They had investors and a huge set up with a bottling line from the get go and were like $5 mil in debt. Then they got together with some beer snobs from a Michigan beer enthusiast Facebook group and they did a big bottle share of NEIPA’s with Travis who then started to make m43 and Id say the first three batches were awful and batch 4 onward has been killer. The acidity in their NEIPAs are what I like over most other takes on the style. But Travis is super nice and M43 turned them from six months out from bankruptcy to one of the 10 largest breweries in Michigan within about 2 years.

grab M43 which is their flagship. B43 is their low carb version and is a Brut ipa (real dry). Boss tweed is a double NEIPA and also killer, if you can get your hands on them.

Yeah. I used to live like 25 mins from the brewery but moved an hour South of there a week and a half ago. But those three beers I mentioned above are on shelves all over Michigan.

First finished brew from the new system,
NEIPA w/Citra and Mosaic, turned out phenomenal. Tropical fruity juicy goodness

I like Budweiser the best of all...I also like wine coolers and Jim Beam--I can't drink that often though because of health issues
