Just popping in to love on and promote High Desert sauces. I am in this big hot sauce group on Facebook and they do contests pretty regularly and I was lucky enough to win a recent one. I got 10 bottles of sauce from HD and a pretty badass holster. I've only opened one bottle so far because I have more sauce than I know what to do with but it was the Ghostly Prick and its fabulous. Picked up some Stone Brewery Tangerine Express IPA hot sauce the other day and that shit is delicious on eggs

 

put too much widow maker in the pasta. like. it came pouring out lol. i might die.

 

This is very good and way hotter than I would have thought. It’s great on foods with sour cream like taco salads!

just got the old bay hot sauce in the mail. not really any spice but i'm questioning whether there will be any left by the end of the day

 

Butterfly Bakery just put up a cantaloupe hot sauce that I'm dying to try

 

I haven't had Butterfly Bakery's sauces yet. That needs to change.

If you could get one or two of their bottles, which would they be?

 

You really can't go wrong with most of their stuff. They Heady Topper and Maple Wood Smoked Onion would be high on my list of recs for them.

Man, this new stuff they put up all sound so good.

 

The maplewood one is definitely a solid one from them. I do think that their beer sauces can be hit or miss depending on the batch. I did get the heady one straight from The Alchemist a couple years ago though and it was fire.

 

Ordered both the Heady Topper and Smoked Onion. Amped to try them!

Seconding the maple wood smoked onion. It's become my go to sauce with eggs
