For the record, I don’t care either way. I just think that the VR experience will need many more years until it has enough overlap with what the mainstream gamer wants, on several levels.

 

As I said above, I don’t believe that VR as it is now (or as it is now but prettier or even cheaper) will make it appealing enough to become the default way of gaming for mainstream gamers. I think VR as we understand it now is a half step at best to a “new way of experiencing video games” so to say.
