I think there’s been a wave across a lot subcultures that’s sort of “trickling down” in smaller and more specific subcultures. I’ve seen people come forward in Magic (players, artists), comic book artist and writers, and the hardcore music scene on Twitter. The last one has been just on fire the last couple of days.Those are obviously just ones I pay attention to. I’ve heard it’s going on in Wrestling and e-sports too but I’m not familiar

That was me when I made the fried ones recently. No idea why I hadn’t done that before but wooooow. How are you doing these?

 

Oh yeah, those sounded so good!

I bought chicken thighs, some Napa cabbage, jack cheese, and I’m making a charred corn salsa and guacamole. I made a marinade in my blender with a can of chipotles in adobo, chicken stock, some honey, and cumin. Then i’m going to blast the thighs on the grill and brush on more of the marinade. I can’t wait haha

 

Yeessss! Sounds amazing. Lately I’ve been roasting chicken thighs with different vegetables and then using that one pan dish for tacos, and it’s the best.
