Isn’t madden garbage these days? Haven’t played one in probably 10 years.

 

It's assumed that the vast majority of people that have a Switch and are interested in Sports games also have another console that would run the game better anyway.

 

Luckily for you, it hasn't changed since then.

 

They still bother putting FIFA on switch, though.

 

Madden post-GameCube, Xbox and PS2 hasn’t been as great but I would immediately jump at the opportunity to have one on switch

 

I'm just telling you what I saw someone from EA say before, doesn't mean it makes sense

 

FIFA has international appeal, including in Japan and other markets where home consoles aren’t as popular as handhelds. Those markets don’t give a shit about Madden.

Also I also played FIFA on GCN, but overall all of these games never really did well on Nintendo platforms. The shitty ports did and do not help though.

 

I’m an every other year buyer of sports games. Not enough changes year to year, but with my man Lamar on the cover, I really wanted Madden this time around...

I would even take a stripped down Madden with just franchise and create a player modes.

 

Are they still called Criterion?

 

Uh, yeah as far as I know. Why wouldn’t they be?

 

I haven’t seen there name used in a game since BP. Granted I haven’t played any NFS game in a long time, and I thought they were absorbed.

 

they’re owned outright by EA but they’re still their own studio. The last game they made was Rivals, which was co-developed with Ghost Games (who did Heat). They’ve been doing support stuff for DICE on Battlefront 2 and Battlefield V a lot recently but the next Need For Speed is supposedly being made entirely by them.

i haven't been sleeping well recently so yesterday i decided to make a Wargroove campaign based on Cobra's Ring Fit Adventure (because nobody wants to host his reality show). i don't know if I'll finish it, but I'm having a blast writing it atm. The second map has enemies, a bunch of Karens trying to steal toilet paper and Ring Fit from best buy.

I’m watching the smash direct and sakurai is literally a pure treasure

 

This was a wicked good Vita game so I'm totally going to get it on Switch.

 

I haven’t played Shiren in a while but the DS (3DS?) one got me hooked on roguelikes, mystery dungeons and difficult games.

I’m really excited for this one.

 

I have the Vita one and my Vita TV. I made sure to keep that game because it's real good.

I would love to see weird Vita games like that get released on Switch.

 

Anyone know where we can watch the Pokémon presents tomorrow at 9?

 

Star Wars Pod Racer got put up on the store today. Was my first N64 game when I was a kid. That nostalgia was kicking in earlier
