I’m guessing we’re not going to get a vinyl of this EP, especially if these songs will eventually be on a full length.

It sounds like something from Further Seems Forever to my ears but I haven't checked

New song rules! Expanding on their last album massively as expected.

I can’t believe it has only been 3 years since their last one, I thought it was 4 or 5.

Echoing Jason I really like that bridge.

 

Wish they came back with more of a bang but I’m glad they are back. The wanted to release this one for a reason so I respect that. I def enjoy the song - so jimmy in spots melody wise - and the extension of the synth from colliding.

 

I don’t love the effect on Jason’s voice. It’s similar to what they did on “when i was cursed”. It was jarring when I first heard it, but i got used to it and i adore that song now. Minor quibble aside, I love it. The drum work is fantastic. This band can do no wrong. I’ll never understand how they are not huge.

 

Surprised they didn’t put up new merch to go along with it. I really dig it! The drums are damn good in this

Yeah I like this a lot

 

I like this song a lot. They have one foot in the songwriting that made Phantoms so good, but one foot in writing within the current landscape of rock without sounding out of touch. That bridge is too good.

 

The album a couple years back fell off really hard for me, but I'm digging this track. I think they're getting more comfortable in this sound.

Love love love the new track. Decided to revisit Colliding by Design and I am obsessed. Didn’t really click with me when it first came out but I’m really enjoying it. Fire and Rain is a phenomenal track.
