Oh my...... so many things I love in one list. I want so much seafood right now. Shrimp po’ boys are about the only thing from that list that I can make happen without much effort right now. Really would love to get some oysters and do that.

 

Thank you! I am craving seafood so much right now as well. I’m getting tired of salmon, shrimp, and the more basic items that I can find at my local grocery store. I’m curious to see your list(s)!

 

At the moment the craving list needs a bit of work because I’ve made some of it recently but didn’t cross anything off. A lot of it is things that would use eggplant, like moussaka or eggplant parm. That’s in the plan for next time I get a bunch of groceries. Probably a few soups that I need to make too.

From what I currently can make I’ve been thinking (some of these I’ve made recently and still want):

Pot roast (that’s the next big meal)
Fried chicken tacos
Sausage and egg sandwiches
Brats and baked beans
Jagerschnitzel
Pad kapow
Sausage with sauerkraut
Homemade pasta
Something with my shrimp...
Meatballs
Different types of roasted chicken
Barbecue chicken
Lemongrass chicken
Steak and potatoes

And probably some other things as well that I’ve forgotten to write down. There are a couple dishes that I’m only missing maybe one ingredient for and could fix that pretty easily.

I think about you most of the times I check on it! The plant is doing super well. I kind of do a mix of a few different recipes for pot roast. The pioneer woman one has some aspects that I like, and I also sometimes do a few steps from Julia Child’s boeuf bourguignon like frying mushrooms separately just to make it even better. I think I’ll use stout in this one instead of wine too, but I haven’t decided for sure.

When I was in California visiting shak where the weed is readily available.

In Ohio it’s a nightmare to get a card and I don’t trust any dealers here because lots of them lace it with fentanyl lol.


Weed illegal here but now you can do take out Togo alcohol no problem. Alcohol is the worst for you. God I still cringe at blacking out last feb.
