I still have my launch Joy Con and never had an issue, but now sometimes the left control stick appears to get stuck for short while in the upper left corner. Not physically, but in the game (and the calibration menu). Is that what people call Joy Con drift? Or is it something else?

 

Joycon drift is when you put your controller down to take a piss and when you come back your character is half way across the world.

 

how are you guys doing the best buy alarm? I have one for amazon

 

Yeah mine doesn’t move by itself. It just sometimes make the character walk a little towards the left even though it shouldn’t and sometimes it seems to get temporarily “get stuck“ if I move it to the left.

been a while Ive seen someone play that game for the 1st time.

at 1 point it was even playable in a browser even if i remember correctly

 

i would like it if the buttons also have a drift and it lets me finish jrpg sidequests for me

i own 4 (or 5) sets of joycons and only 1 set doesn’t have a drift.

 

I had an edible while playing ring fit once and it was the weirdest high I’ve ever had. Felt like I was in the game lol

 

Don't play the FF7 Remake before you play FF7.

If you're going to pick a Final Fantasy game to be your first, VI, VII, IX, and X are probably the best options.

 

Yeah I'm on my second pair now and really trying to only play games that are a little easier on the joysticks (AC for example). Pretty sure Smash, Hollow Knight, and Dead Cells were responsible for ruining my other pair.

Looking for some recommendations on this sale. I keep changing my find on what to get. I've always wanted Dragonball Fighterz because I've always been a big DBZ fan. I don't have any friends that play it though and I heard the single player sucks. Not the biggest fighting game fan but its 75% off so...

Also always wanted Cuphead because it looks so cool but I've heard it's beyond frustrating how difficult it is. I've beaten Hollow Knight and Celeste if that's any comparison on difficulty.

Also thinking about grabbing Ori. I played through the demo a while ago and it was fun.

 

ive had that too. it solved the drift but after a while it was happening again.

Cuphead is amazing. I haven’t finished it and it is difficult, but if you’ve played Celeste (without any modifiers) I think you’ll be fine.

i tried it on iOS like a billion years ago before immediately realizing that is not the way to play it. its great

 

played the clubhouse demo for 5 minutes and the full game is already downloading

I truly do not care for platformers. I kinda wish I did because there are so many good ones.
