fresnos are actually really tasty. much much better than most the other New Mexico/Colorado bland peppers.

I think hatch chiles are fantastic. Anaheims are good too.

 

These are some of my favorite peppers, so you should expect a lot. Fruitier than a jalapeno and typically a little hotter too.

 

fresnos are prob in my top 10 faves but they are milder than most jalapeños

actually I see now wiki shows the scoville units and it has a lower lower bound and a higher higher bound than jalapenos

I wish fresnos were more readily available, also I wish places would choose to stock red jalapeños

My local pepper selection is garbage. I absolutely hate it. Too many Karens doing the shopping where I live.

 

I really wonder if reapers will hurt me lol. I ate a raw habanero the other day (prob 300,000 scoville) and reaper is up to like 2,200,000 lol.
