Odd tweet because the NFL won't have any fans in the stands this season (or at least until there's a vaccine)

 

As someone from a midwestern college town with family and friends still there, I have no doubt they’ll pack as many people as they can into their arena for football games this fall.

 

It's hard as someone living in Florida to see that there won't be concerts here this year at all. Everything is open here including all the theme parks. Besides disney but they open up in one month. So will have people from all around the world here again soon. It's hard to imagine a small club show won't be allowed in the next few months

 

Whether you like it or not (I don’t) some places are just gonna forget and/or ignore what happened/will happen and have events like that. It seems like football specifically is the “normal” goal where people will be allowed to be there in person again. It’s not rational but I think it’s gonna be reality.

 

They will most likely just have you wear a mask at the game. And that be it.

 

Are we really believing Tilian as a source of any information

My assumption is Tilian received an update that they will need to postpone/cancel their August-September dates and posted that tweet.

 

Spanish Love Songs rescheduled to summer tour cancelled

 

I had a strong feeling that was coming right when I saw the rescheduled dates. I’m surprised people thought things would magically be better by the summer.

 

Is there a post about it somewhere? I don't doubt that it's cancelled, I just can't find a post anywhere confirming it. And the site to get tickets for the Portland date says it's postponed again and they'll announce a new date tomorrow.

I got an email from the promoter company that booked them. Buffalo date is cancelled which was 7/31.

 

90% of independent music venues could close due to COVID-19

 

Just got a BandsInTown Notification for this-- no way it will actually happen, right?

 

Those are butt rock bands so it probably will happen.

 

There’s a big festival supposedly still happening in VA in September
