I would love for someone like Post Malone to drop a rock album. Thats what makes me most excited about MGK releasing one. I also love that Travis and Post are doing stuff together.

TBF, the "Gun collection" was literal guns from World War I that one his uncles left him or something haha.

I'd like to see the 2nd Amendment abolished more or less but I'd still love owning some guns that are legit from past wars. But I'm also a social studies teacher so probably not the norm lol

His reading materail and boosting of certain nazi-related imagery is at best suuuuper problematic though. He's been in the industry a long time and there haven't been any stories I know of where he's racist/nazi, but at the very least he can't just put that shit out into the world as 'hey this is cool' when he has impressionable, male fans that will also think it's cool and take its messages to heart. Dude is almsot 50 but still has the mentality of a teen boy---and that's the generous reading of the situation. The not generous reading is he has white nationalist beliefs and boosts that stuff for a reason.

But he's punk rawk and doesn't care what people say or think you're not gonna suppress his stuff! /sarcasm

 

Doesn't Skiba have a public history of supporting Blue Lives Matter and the Chicago Police department?

It says more about a person as to what they promoted before than to what they may post during a time where it is very much expected that people in the public eye come out in support of the cause.

This isn't new. Everyone has known police brutality has been going on for decades. Coming out now and posting a square and some words about the 60's doesn't absolve him from his previous statements.

 

He’s a tough person to pin down. Some of his posts can be very “wtf?” and others I can get behind. He just comes off as a person who likes to play multiple angles and not really commit to any one opinion on something. Just constantly sending mixed messages.
