Even Rhyhorn can take on lucario wow

 

Gmax Lapras is pretty great with only the drawback of having to use your dynamax on your Lapras

 

Was so disappointed when lapras got a gmax instead of a galarian form

 

Yeah but a new form of Lapras with new typings would have been cool. Lapras is so underused for such a cool Pokémon. No pre-evo, no evo, no mega.

 

Rhyperior makes up for all of it's weaknesses with Solid Rock (decrease super effective damage by 25%). You can also run Weakness Policy on it to just destroy.

It's definitely worth using, despite me generally not liking mons with 4x weaknesses.

 

@Jake W I'm assuming your in the higher levels in the ladder. Do you still get rage quits up there?

People have a meltdown when their "perfect" strategy falls apart, especially when it's a pokemon that doesn't normally get used. They try and call it cheating lol

 

I've been spectating a lot lately and watching some showdown players and yeah rage quits on the high ladder are real hahaha

 

i said that last part so im assuming you’re calling me out too which i’ve no idea why i got dragged in this. i never cursed you and i never said it wasn’t fair.

but it is also bad manners to just drop on matches and then brag about it like this. especially since you’re the one who decided to commit to that draft league - nobody forced you. if nobody has called you out on it yet then let me be the first one.

i don’t dislike you. at all. but that was not cool.

 

No one told you you had to play, we would've been fine with you quitting tbh. We had like zero scheduling structure, not playing matches wasn't bad, not communicating at ALL was bad. We all have shit going on and have had to adjust because of it, and we kept each other in the loop. Then you just ghosted everyone like you always do any time you're called out about ANYTHING when I said I didn't wanna wait around for you to just not show up. And so many people have given you the benefit of the doubt on so many things, including me. You're ridiculous and yes I saw all those edits and how rude your response to zig was before your doctoring

 

Every time I asked you just kept ignoring me it was very frustrating

I don't remember any explanation of personal things going on. If that was the case, we would have been understanding. Henry did the same thing early on. It happens. But just ghosting and ignoring everyone for something you committed to without an explanation isn't cool.

 

Heck, my brother tried to flake out after the draft, and I made sure he didn't since it was something he committed for the group.

 

I also want to point out that public shunning is a current term of leaving Chorus Draft Leagues prematurely.

I wanted to learn more about the new Galarian Pokémon so I visited this thread...and....just spent 35 minutes reading through the battle league thread lol

I’m happy I decided to not do it because the commitment, reading through, was huuuge and I get overwhelmed very easily. Interested in season 2 though! Lol

 

We're in playoffs of season 2, almost done! But we have a few people taking a break for season 3 so we'll for sure have spots open!

It's great but a lot. You know it's a lot when I'M taking a break from drafting.
