Can be hard to trust how much of this is just talk and how much of this is real commitment to change (after all, he was vp for eight years and while Obama did get some police reform through he clearly didn't do enough). But despite a few eye roll bits (like suggesting America is the only country that goes through crisis and comes out better) this is still the bear minimum kind of speech we need from a president at times like this.
